Spring this year did a pretty bad job on coming on time... So talking about Spring Trends is a bit of a provocation I must say. Well... For now... We could just imagine it is already here and upgrade our Spring wardrobe!
This years Spring Trends seems to be very settle and wearable. In general, there are no shoking new trends emerging this season, most of the influence is coming from Spring and Fall 2012.
Starting off with colors and patterns, as usual, pastels will continue to be in style this Spring, especially pinks, greens and blues. Flower patterns are a must for any Spring/Summer time. However, ths time, we could see more settle prints, nothing too overwhelming.Of course, cameo is making its comeback again. It has been a trend since last Fall and so far, it is still pretty popular and it doesn´t seem like it will go out of fashion for a while now.
The same goes for peplum, and leather & lace! of course, we can´t forget about cut outs! Those are going to be big this season as well.
Another last season staple are stripes. Vertical or horizontal, no big difference. However, this time with a little twist - black & white.
Monochrome (black & white) seems to be an upcoming big trend this year. Although it doesn´t seem very Spring friendly, honestly, you can never go wrong with some black&white. The color combination seems very structured, polished and chik. It is easy to dress up or down.
When it comes to shapes, it seems like the lines will be more structured, sharp and clean. V-neck and A-line skirts will be a big hit this year. Also, crop-top and high-waisted trend will continue to have a strong influence this season as well. You can never go wrong revealing a tiny bit of skin!
